Our return policy is pretty simple and easy to understand. If within 7 days after you take delivery, you decide you would like to return the unit due to wrong color, wrong size or it's just not what you expected, we will be happy to assist you in your return. We want you to be completely satisfied! In order to keep our prices rock bottom and the lowest on the market, all we ask is that you contact us for a RAC# (Return Authorization Code) first. Then pay for shipping back to our warehouse in the original packaging and pay a modest 15% restocking fee.
