Christmas Guaranteed Shipping Info
Yes, your ATV is guaranteed before Christmas or you will receive $150 back for every unit that does not arrive in time for Christmas!!! However, there are some rules that we have set in place to accompany this feat so please read. This applies to all orders on or before December 12, 2008.
- If your ATV's color is not available you will need to accept another color. Please keep in mind that we're not going to stick a boy with a pink colored ATV but our goal is to get you and/or your child the ATV before Christmas.
- If your ATV is sold out then we want to upgrade you to another ATV for the same value or more at no cost. This is of course predicated on you accepting our offer. If you choose not to accept our offer we are no longer obligated for the guarantee and will refund your money.
- If the freight company who is shipping your ATV to you cannot deliver because of weather, can't meet time or demands of customer, and lost freight, ReliableATVs.com is not responsible for the guarantee. If this happens, we will ship you a new ATV immediately.
- We base all deliveries on the shipper's estimated dates. If we ship the ATV(s) out within that estimated date and the shipper does not meet the estimated date of delivery, we are not responsible.

Standard Free Shipping
When your unit is shipped it will be delivered with a lift gate to lower your bike right to grade level for an easy unloading process. Click here to contact the shipping manager. All orders are shipped in 5 to 7 business days. However, during the Christmas season, which we consider November and December sales, units are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. We've never missed a shipment for Christmas and we're not starting this year!

Here's how your ATV will be delivered...
- Our trucking company Estes (http://www.estes-express.com) will call you 24 hours prior to delivering your ATV.
- When they deliver your ATV, the driver will lower the ATV down off the lift gate and place it where you need it.
- You will need to use our "Shipping Check-Off Sheet" provided here and mark where there may have been any punctures or damage to the box, just in case. 99% of the time there's nothing but be proactive and make sure you get the unit in good order.
- Do not sign off on the Driver Receipt(DR) until after you view the ATV and crate. PLEASE NOTE: If the DR is signed clear and free and there is concealed damage, you must call the number on the DR to notify Estes within 7 days of receiving freight to start a claim. Once the claim has be filed Reliableatvs will warrant the shipping damage. If there is external crate damage and is NOT noted on the DR, Reliableatvs cannot warranty shipping damage.

Tracking Numbers
We ship out in the evenings between 4pm and 6pm central time. You will receive your tracking number via email the morning after your order is shipped.
Shipping Check-off Sheet
Please use the Shipping Check-Off Sheet to indicate any damage to your unit. Boxes may have some damage so check under the boxes to see if unit(s) are damaged.
