Wheels ON

The first thing to do is bolt on the wheels. Each wheel has three bolts. Make sure each bolt is securely fastened.

Battery

Some of the batteries that we have must be filled with electrolights before they can be charged. The other batteries come to you sealed. We recommend charging the battery for 24 hours prior to use. The battery that comes with the ATV is a startup battery and we recommend replacing this battery within 90 days.

Adjusting the Handlebars

Use a socket wrench to loosen the bolts on the handle bar clamps. Raise the handlebars to the desired location and tighten.

Oil

The ATV's come with oil in them. If you want to change the oil, loosen the bolt under the crankcase and let the oil drain out. Remove the dipstick located in front of your rear right wheel. Put 3/4 of a quart of 10W40, 15W40, or 10W30 synthetic in the resevoir.

Mystery Brackets

A lot of people ask what the two brackets are for. One goes under the chain and one goes under the disc brake. Both attach to the rear axel.
